Coconut flour brownies with peanut butter swirl

 
I have been craving something sweet, and this for the bill.  I just devoured two of them in under two minutes.  And, totally gluten free!

What you need:

1/3 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup cocoa powder

Pinch of salt

1/2 cup milk, divided in half

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup sugar

6 large eggs

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

2/3- 1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup peanut butter chips

How to:

Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9×13 glass baking dish liberally with coconut oil.

Melt 1/3 cup coconut oil and mix in cocoa powder and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, mix together eggs, 1/4 cup milk, coconut flour, sugar and salt until smooth.  Add chocolate mixture and spread in bottom of pan.

In a separate bowl mix together peanut butter, remaining milk and powdered sugar.  Pour over brownies and swirl with a knife.  Sprinkle with peanut butter chips and bake for 30 minutes.  Cut and serve 😄
